Return & Refund Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and sent back in the original packaging with included tags, labels, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, opened personal care items, perishable goods, and customized products are not eligible for return unless required by law or the item arrives damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an incorrect, damaged, or defective item from our side.

Refunds and Exchanges

After a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Exchanges are available for eligible items when the requested replacement is in stock.
